7:30 a.m. – Newcomers Breakfast – Opportunity to introduce new ambassadors to their regional chapters and meet the board of directors
8 a.m. – Welcome from the President
8:15 a.m. – Montana Department of Commerce welcome and call to action
8:45 a.m. –Montana Ambassadors by the numbers -Overview of membership survey results with actionable ideas and insights
9:15 a.m. – Outreach and Out of State Chapters – Lynda Colucci and James Thompson with California and Pacific Northwest Chapters will lead discussion on goals and current membership
9:45 a.m. – Break
10:00 a.m. – State of the state – Development – A data-driven conversation with industry leaders about some of the largest trends we are experiencing in the state.
11:00 a.m. – State of the state – Community Development – A data-driven conversation with industry leaders about the trends, challenges, and opportunities for Montana communities.
Noon – Networking lunch
1 p.m. – Come Home Montana – panel discussion on reversing the trend of exporting young Montanans while proactively working to bring folks home

2:30 p.m. – What motivates a move? Montana Ambassadors will meet with a business attraction specialist to explore coordinated opportunities
