Andy Gordon

Andy is a dedicated father, entrepreneur, and commercial developer born and raised in Helena, Montana. He is the founder and managing partner at Vision Growth Capital Group. With 24 years of experience across multiple industries in both large corporations and startups, he advises businesses on sales, marketing, strategic growth, operational excellence, and exit strategies. Andy supports economic growth initiatives throughout the state as a member of the Montana Ambassadors and in partnership with the Montana Department of Commerce, the Governor’s Office, and other regional EDA's. He also volunteers his time helping transition active duty veterans to the civilian workforce after their service careers. Andy is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities and building the foundation for Montana's next generation, high growth economy.
