Montana Ambassadors Seattle Speaker Series: Building a Montana Technology Services Company
Montana Ambassadors Seattle Speaker Series: Building a Montana Technology Services Company
Featured Speaker: Abby Schlatter, CEO and Co-founder of commonFont
Technology and data are revolutionizing Customer Experience (CX). As opposed to simply measuring and responding to customers who provide direct feedback, customer-centric organizations now can personalize the experience, make it better in real-time, and drive business outcomes and ROI by utilizing machine learning and artificial intelligence to take intelligent action based on analyzing the breadth of data their customers generate. Abby and her team are driving these outcomes from Bozeman!
It's commonFont’s belief that CX leaders have the opportunity to drive success for their organizations in ways that they never could before. At commonFont, they are helping companies make that transition. There has never been a better time to leverage customer data to improve experiences and drive better business results. Clients include many Fortune 500 companies, a key partnership with CX software provider Qualtrics, and a growing focus on solutions built and deployed on AWS. Come hear from a leader on the front lines of building a Montana tech solutions company.
In a fireside chat facilitated by Seattle Chapter member Scott Thompson, Abby will share her inspiring journey of bootstrapping commonFont in Montana and the key themes that have shaped its growth: the entrepreneurial drive that led her to Bozeman, the critical role of partnerships and strong relationships, the resilience required to navigate adversity and reinvention, and the overarching vision of creating generative human experiences, leveraging technology together with people.
Scott's extensive experience in building partner ecosystems for scale and impact was forged in leadership roles at Microsoft and as Chief Partner Officer of Qualtrics, where his focus on creating win-win business models through partnerships intersected with commonFont's growth and impact in the Qualtrics partner ecosystem. This event is free thanks to our generous sponsors:
K&L Gates, Juniper Capital, Cushing Terrell, & Alexander Hutton
We look forward to seeing you at the event!
